CCP4 - Luxembourg

Curzon Capital Partners IV S.à r.l. (CCP IV) is a core-plus property fund with the objective of providing investors an attractive risk adjusted total return, with moderate current income.

It primarily targets the four major property types, and focuses substantially on acquiring existing assets that require restructuring, improved management, re-leasing, recapitalisation and/or redevelopment.

The properties are managed via SPVs from Luxembourg with a dedicated team of legal, finance and real estate professionals and with the help of local partners and service providers.
